Davos’s service meeting held in Tian Bao International Hotel

The Hotel Service Work Exchange Meeting for 2008 Tianjin Summer Davos Forum is held in Tian Bao International Hotel recently. Those who were present at the symposium include He Ronglin, vice chairman of Tianjin Political Consultative Conference, Chen Zengsheng, deputy secretary general of Tianjin Municipal Government, persons-in-charge of the preparation group of Davos Forum and 50 representatives from 28 hotels.
At the symposium, representatives from 10 contract hotels such as Renaissance Tianjin Teda Hotel, Teda International Hotel and Club, Teda Central Hotel and Ruiwan Hotel briefed their preparations for welcoming the forum.
To put it specifically, Ruiwan Hotel will offer an excellent service in hot spring and attach attention to elevator’s performance due to accommodation of guests in large quantity. Teda Central Hotel focuses on restaurant and invites chefs from Kiessling Restaurant for giving suggestions to western-style foods chefs from Beijing Fangshan Restaurant for instructing Chinese-style foods. Today International Hotel will give prominence to the taxi-calling service. In addition, all of them will make full preparation in terms of security, communication network, language training and foreign currency exchange.
Last, but not least, He Ronglin renewed the importance and international influence of this forum and expected the hotel industry can take the chance to enhance their service level during the forum. He requests all hotels to hold trainings in advance and divided specific work to individual in order to do a good job in reception service.
