Neosoft Tianjin Software Park built up in Tianjin Airport Industrial Park

Neusoft Group, the largest software enterprise in China, has signed an agreement with Tianjin Free Trade Zoneto invest in Tianjin Airport Industrial Park and build up Neosoft Tianjin Software Park.
Gou Lijun, standing member of CPC Tianjin Committee and director of the administrative committee of Binhai New Area, attended the signing ceremony and met Liu Jiren, president of Neosoft Group and vice president of Northeast University, and his party. Both sides exchanged ideas on developing the outsourcing industry and expanding bilateral cooperation. Those who accompanied Gou included comrades from Tianjin Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, Tianjin Municipal Informatization Office and the bonded area.
Guo warmly welcomed the delegation of Neosoft Group on behalf of CPC Tianjin Committee and Tianjin Municipal Government and briefed guests on the progress of reform and opening up of Binhai New Area. He stated that Binhai New Area has entered into a stage of all-around development and building. Neosoft’s investment in Binhai New Area not only breathes a new vital force into the outsourcing industry, but also expands development space for itself.
Neosoft ranks the 25th of “global top 100 software outsourcing enterprises”. In 2007, it realized a revenue of 4 billion yuan, inclusive of 3 million yuan come from software business. The group plans to invest 278 million yuan in the airport logistics process area in the first stage for the purpose of building Neosoft Tianjin R&D center and training center.
