1. All investors both in and out of China can establish companies doing internatinal trade in the Free Trade Zone. The enterprises within the Free Trade Zone can carry out trade with enterprises overseas freely.
2. Enterprises, economic organizations in and out of China may hold eommodities exhibitions in the free trade zone.
