Procedures for Registration of A Manufacture Company in TJFTZ

1. You should ask a notarial office to sign a certified document, which is to prove that your company (the investor) indeed exists in your country, if the investor is or investors are companies (not natural individuals).
2. You should hand in the certified document the notarial office signed, to the Chinese Embassy for authentication, which generally needs 7 working days.
3. The copy of business license of your company (The would-be Chinese company’s investor)
4. The copy of ID of the would-be management board.
5. The articles of corporation in China.
6. The agreement for setting up a company in China signed by the directorate in your country.
7. The authorized paper for the attorney, who would come to our free trade zone doing registration work( 3 copies would best).
8. An evidence of qualification signed by your local bank in your country.

   Finding an office with fixed address inside our free trade zone (We could help you, with free of charge)
   If land would be needed, then:
  1. Handing in a brief introduction to your project (including 4 parts, investor’s information, information about your project, the total investment, and land demand), to the hotline of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, 0086-22-25763844
   2. Filling in the Land Application Form got from the hotline, and Handing in it as soon as possible
   3. Receiving the general land utilization approve, and Start Preparing works, which needs the cooperation between the investors and the hotline
4. Taking part in the Land bidding , under the name already approved by the Bureau of Industry and Commerce

   Handing in the Application Paper of Registration (Which you could get from our Chinese version Website), and all the paperworks needed (See the Application Paper)
Step 4,
Finishing the Application procedure in the Bureau of Industry and Commerce, Receiving your business license
Step 5,
Signing the Land Remising Contract, under the name already approved by the Bureau of Industry and Commerce

After getting the business license for the he bureau of Industry and Commerce

  Application for the business seals needed by the new company with the copy paper got from the Bureau of Industry and Commerce already

Application for the Business Code for the Bureau of Statistics
